A letter to our Community,
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are making changes to support the health and safety of our job seekers, employees and other stakeholders. Although in-person service delivery was suspended on March 17, 2020, we are continuing to offer support to our participants through our website, over the phone and via email. Our employees are still working to continue to serve you. Team members are providing employment counselling and basic services by distance and we are working on online content to help you continue to add to your job search toolkit. We will be launching a chat feature on our website at www.ofe.ca to be able to respond to your questions and assist you between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
While the environment around us is uncertain, we take comfort in the fact that we have a world-class team and a compassionate and loyal community of partners. We stand ready to serve, and hope that our website and social channels can be a source of support, inspiration, and solutions for you — because sometimes we all need a break from the news.
We will continue to update you as we navigate the complex and changing landscape.
