Thank you for your interest in referring your client to Opportunities for Employment. As a referring
agency, we welcome you to attend one of our monthly Discover the Opportunities presentation
and tours for a comprehensive overview of what we do.
Intake Information for Referral Partners
We are currently offering employment assistance services and programming in-person and online. We are accepting new applicants for intake.

WHAT YOUR CLIENT NEEDS TO KNOW

SIN Number
Applicants are asked to bring their
Social Insurance Number for the
intake session.

Headphones
Applicants are asked to bring a set of
headphones to the intake session. If they do
not have headphones, they will be supplied.

90 Minutes
Applicants can expect to be here for up to 90
minutes and are asked not to bring their
children to the session.

SIN Number
Applicants are asked to bring their

FOR PERSONS
WITH A DISABILITY (OR FEM) REFERRAL
Thank you for referring your client to Opportunities for Employment.
We have continuous intake sessions available from Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to
2:00PM except on holidays.
Participants in the Stages of Change for Persons with a Disability Program must be either
an EIA recipient with a disability file or have an open Marketabilities (VR) file or a FEM
code. Participants may be referred by an EIA Case Coordinator or Career Development
Consultant from Training and Employment Services or from Jobs on Market.

Participants in the Community Home Services Program (CHSP) must be EIA recipients referred
by Training and Employment Services or from Jobs on Market.
Customer Referrals: Due to the nature of the privacy act, we are unable to accept customer
referrals. However if you know of someone who could benefit from our services, please
